The Isle of Ely is now known as FENLAND. The district council is based in March, the central town of Fenland. FDC is an area administered by CAMBRIDGESHIRE . The visual impairment team is based in Huntingdon & centrally in Cambridge. There is a web page so you can contact the central Cambridgeshire social services. CamSight has a resource centre that anyone with a sight problem in Cambridgeshire may visit by appointment.
People with visual impairment in Fenland can make an appointment with the FENVISION  office to consider an introduction to computers. Email is easy to learn. You do not need a computer to use email. Computer magnifier software and a zoom text make it easier.

Please contact the office in March. The local MARCH library is equipped with computers accessible by visually impaired people. Some members already use e-mail.
